Booking procedure / how to buy:
Anyone with access to the Internet can carry out the reservation or purchase.
The steps of the purchase procedure are visible throughout the entire purchase process. The procedure to reserve through the Website is as follows:
a) First of all on the main page, select the stay dates, number of guests, then you will see the different available properties options being able to select the rate and package that best suits your needs.
b) Once the quantity of packages to be reserved is selected, the final price is shown. (In some cases, you may choose additional services that will have an additional cost, which you will see next to the reservation price).
When you click on the reserve button, a form will appear for the insertion of personal data related to the reservation, as well as the credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation, you will have a blank space to make any observations you consider appropriate, once completed, you must read and accept the privacy policy and the general and specific terms and conditions of the reservation (included in each accommodation).
Please carefully check the reservation or service details you choose to know the specific conditions before making the reservation.
d) Verification of the reservation data by clicking on the “confirm reservation” button. By clicking on it, the reservation will be formalized.
f) You will receive a reservation confirmation email with its details. This document is the confirmation that the reservation has been successfully made and serves as accreditation for any type of claim. If you do not receive this email, please check your “spam” or “junk mail” account, as it may have been detected as spam, if it is not in that section, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can solve the problem.
h) Once received this and always confirming that all the data is correct, we will proceed to process your reservation.
i) After formalizing the reservation, we ask the customer to review its content in order to identify possible material errors in the data entry; to proceed with its correction, you can call us at the customer service telephone number 946 843 030 and via email hotelzubieta@hotelzubieta.com notifying us of the identification data of the reservation.
If for any reason the reservation cannot be made effective, a refund of the amount paid will be made directly with the same payment method used by the customer.
The provider shall not be liable when the reservation is not made as a result of false, inaccurate, or incomplete data provided by the user.
Without prejudice to the above, we will take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the reservation can be made within the agreed time.
When providing our service, although we try to make our service as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or correct. We are not responsible for errors (such as obvious and typographical errors), interruptions (due to server crashes (temporary and/or partial) or repairs, updates, and maintenance of our platform or other reasons).
